| Under this plan you have the option to choose a Level 1, Level 2 or a Level 3 engineer who works for 8 hours per day and 6 days a week - dedicated to your company. This plan allows you to plan you support desk based on the Levels of support required. This means that you can chose to opt for a Level 1 Engineer during off-peak hours and Level 3 during peak hours. |

Dedicated Team |

| Under this plan a dedicated team of 3 full-time system engineers are allocated to your company. These engineers handle all the tasks of support, sales, live chat and server administration. This team is supervised by an IT Operations Manager to ensure quality, process flow and to analyze overall health of the support desk and servers. |
