Hosting Support Guru has been in the outsourcing industry for over 15 years now and better known for our Managed IT Services and Remote Infrastructure Management Services. In fact, we engaged with our first client for Remote Infrastructure Management Service (RIMs) way back in 2000 and then over a period established a dedicated web site targeting a new business division – Web Hosting Support and Server Administration – under the name of Hosting Support Guru.

We have provided excellent yet affordable technical support to a large number of clients over these years. Over these years we have also realized the importance of offering quality customer support and so we do not see ourselves simply as service providers, but as business partners to our clients.
